Rockingham County Fair New Barn Fundraiser

We are selling 20 campsites for livestock exhibitors at the 2025 Rockingham County Fair. Please do not bid if you are not a fair livestock exhibitor! All the proceeds from this auction will go towards the building fund for the new barn. The remainder of the campsites will go on sale as usual on July 14th but they usually sell out within a few hours. The regular price is $250 each but this is an auction and all the money is going directly for the barn building project so don't stop at $250. 

This auction is for 20 individual campsites. Each campsite includes water and electricity hook ups. There is a sewage dump station onsite. Campsites are numbered and correspond to the map as shown. 

The online auction will close beginning at 7 PM on June 27. If a bid is placed on any campsite within one minute of the close, all campsites will stay open for bidding an additional minute. This will continue until no bids have been placed on any sites for one minute at which time all the lots will close at the same time. Only one campsite per bidder please.

Payment will be made directly to the Rockingham County Fair.  At the conclusion of the auction you will get an emailed invoice and then a link and password to sign in to the Rockingham County Fair website for payment.

You may pay online via credit card, or in person via cash, check, or credit card.  All payments must be received by the fair no later than July 10 @ 5 PM.

There is no buyers premium and no sales tax.

Campground Rules:

1. These campsites are only available for livestock exhibitors for the 2025 fair. If you are not a livestock exhibitor please do not bid.  Each purchase will be verified to be sure occupants are legitimate livestock exhibitors.  Do not share your code. If your code is used to violate this rule you will forfeit your privilege to camp at the fair.
2. A parent or guardian of a participant in a junior show shall sign a contract for each camper unit and designate a parent or guardian to be present from midnight to 6 AM.  A parent or guardian can be responsible for up to three camping units.
3. A camping pass will be issued to each camper
4. Campers are expected to be quiet and lights out at 1:00 AM.
5. Absolutely NO GENERATORS allowed
6. Campers will be allowed entry for setup in the campgrounds from 4:00 PM Wednesday August 6 and Must be set up by Sunday August 6th at noon. NO EXCEPTIONS
7. Contracts and all required documentation must be signed when passes are distributed on Monday of the Fair
8. NO DOGS will be allowed on the Fairgrounds, this includes campers
9. NO UTV's or ATV's or Personal Golf Carts will be allowed
