Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. If paying for a titled vehicle by check, the title will be held until the check clears. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made when picking up your items. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

This is a simulcast live and online auction. The online only bidding will convert to live and online simulcast bidding at the start of the live auction at 6 PM on Friday August 8, 2025.
Shipping: We are offering shipping at purchasers expense on small items in this auction. If it fits in a box we can ship. For larger items contact us if you would like information for local transportation and towing companies.
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview on Friday August 8 from 2-6 PM prior to the auction. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time for online bidders is Saturday August 9 or Monday August 11 by appointment.
