This is an auction for surplus building materials and a 1995 International boom truck from R.S. Monger and Sons Inc. This auction includes a large selection of windows, doors, and cabinets. These are special orders that were never picked, incorrect sizes, overstock, scratch and dent and other surplus items. Harvey, United, and Atrium windows, BWI, Rocco, Reeb, Tucker interior and exterior doors, Wolf and Legacy cabinets plus more.
All items are sold strictly as-is. There is no warranty and will be no returns on any of these items for any reason.
Preview and Pickup Information:
This is an online only auction which will begin to close on October 30 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 3 lot per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.
Preview for this auction will be Thursday October 30 from 3-5 PM. Pickup is on Friday October 31 from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday November 1 from 7 AM to Noon.
Terms of the Sale:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

The online only bidding will close at the rate of 3 lots per minute starting at 7 PM on October 30, 2025
Shipping: Shipping IS NOT Available For This Auction. Please do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items in Harrisonburg VA.
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview on October 30 from 3 PM to 5 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is Friday October 31 from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday November 1 from 7 AM to Noon unless other arrangements are made with the auctioneer.
