After over 50 years in business, Blue Ridge Florist and Tea Room has closed their doors and we are selling the remaining inventory of furniture, fixtures, equipment, fine china, gifts, decor, signs, and floral supplies.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on April 22 beginning at 6:00 PM at the rate of 5 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be Saturday April 18 and Wednesday April 22 from 3-5 PM each day. Address is 165 N. Main St Harrisonburg VA 22802. Pickup is April 23-24 from 9 AM to 5 PM and April 25 from 9 AM to Noon.

Shipping is available for many items in this auction. Item descriptions will note items that we are not shipping. If it won't fit in a box we won't ship. We use shippingsaint.com to handle our shipping. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping from Shipping Saint. Packaging and handling charges will be $5 for the first lot and $3 per lot thereafter, and shipping will be billed at actual shipping rates from UPS or USPS. If you purchase multiple lots, they will be combined for lowest cost shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping for large and heavy items may get expensive.

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

Pickup time is Thursday - Friday April 23-24 from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday April 25 from 9 AM to Noon, unless other arrangements are made with the auctioneer.
