Francis Barlow was a well known farmer and business owner in the Frog Level area of Caroline County VA. We are honored to be conducting this auction for his estate in partnership with Walnut Hill Auctions.

This is your opportunity to buy trailers, trucks, Caterpillar 953 track loader, Case W20B wheel loader, nearly new Kubota BV5160 round baler, New Holland BB9080 large square baler, Case IH tractors, hay and livestock equipment, produce farming equipment and more.

Preview and Pickup Information:

Preview for this auction will be Saturday November 14 from Noon to 3 PM and Thursday November 19 from Noon - 6 PM.  Address is 17432 Frog Level Rd Ruther Glen VA 22546.

Scheduled Pickups With Loader Assistance will be on Friday November 20 from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday November 21 from 9 AM to 3 PM. All items must be paid for by 3 PM Saturday November 21. Pickup for large items can be arranged after the scheduled pickup but loader assistance may not be available after November 21 and all items must be removed from the property by December 21, 2026

We will have a loader onsite to assist with loading.

Shipping is not available for this auction.  However we have a list of local transport companies that you can hire to move your items.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items except titled vehicles and trailers unless the buyer provides a valid retail or farm sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, wire transfer, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview on Saturday November 14 from Noon - 3 Pm and Thursday November 19 from Noon- 6 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time with loading assistance is by appointment with winning bidders on Friday and Saturday November 20-21.  All items must be paid for before they leave the property. Equipment will be available to assist with loading on pickup days and by appointment. Large items requiring more time may be picked up after regular scheduled pick up times but must be removed from the property no later than December 21.
