This Massanutten Estate features a 1999 Toyota Tacoma pickup, lawn and garden items, fine furniture and decor, art, jewelry, collectibles, tools, kitchenwares, and other household items.  All of these items come from a clean, smoke free home.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on April 25 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 3 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be Tuesday April 25 from 4-6 PM @ 4856 Palmer Rd, McGaheysville VA 22840.  Pickup is at the same location on Wednesday April 26 and Thursday April 27 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction. Please bring help to assist you in loading your purchases.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on April 25 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.

Shipping: Shipping Will Be Available At Buyers Expense For Smaller Items In This Auction. Please be aware that we will not ship large and heavy items.

Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is Wednesday and Thursday April 26-27 from 9 AM to 6 PM.
