This is a live auction with online bidding available. Online only bidding begins whenever items are listed. Shortly after 9:00 AM on December 1 the online only bidding will convert to live and online simulcast bidding. Online bidders can follow along in real time on the app or their computer as we sell each item. or you may place your max bid ahead of time and the computer will bid for you up to your maximum amount. Sale order will be reset on Friday November 30 after all consignments are in.

Terms of Auction: We will be accepting Cash, Good Check, and Credit Cards. All items must be paid for the day of the auction. 13% Buyers Premium with 3% discount for cash or good check (Max Buyers Premium $1,500). All items must be paid for before they are removed from the auction site. All items must be removed no later than 5:00 PM Monday December 3.

Food will be served!

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (minus 3% for cash or good check) will be added to each successful bid with a maximum buyers premium per item of $1,500. Virginia sales tax will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form or if it is a titled vehicle.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full the day of sale and items cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for.

Pickup: All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on December 3.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.

Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only. All announcements made on the day of the auction by the auctioneer supersede any other previously announced or published materials.

Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.

Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.

Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.

By placing a bid, you agree to hold Mountain Valley Auction Group LLC and its agents harmless regardless of opinion.

Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or himself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. All announcements made by the auctioneer on sale day take precedent over any printed material or previous advertising.
